Kasi's Underground Railroad Quilt

Kasi C. made this wonderful Underground Railroad quilt from a block exchange.
Hmmm, which block is your favorite?

It was quilted with a pantograph named, "Chantilly Lace" by Norma Sharp.
It is an oldie but a goodie!

I love this boat block!
I can see a whole quilt made from it for a little boy or a man that loves boats or fishing.
Endless possibilities!

Kasi's Border Quilt

This is Kasi's version of the Quakertown Quilts Borders Class Quilt. She chose an Asian theme with a floral/waterfall piece of fabric for the center medallion. I quilted it with a Freehand swirl flower and leaves taken from the fabrics in the quilt. I have also included a picture of a corner of the quilt just to show you how spectacular her Delectable Mountains border is!

Customer Quilts

These three quilts are pieced by my customer, Kasi. She has such a talent for choosing colors and putting them together in a very striking quilt. She definately is not afraid of color!

This is a One Block Wonder Quilt.

This is her batiks Sticks and Stones Quilt.

This is her Sister Quilt. It is similiar-but-not-matching to another quilt that she made, so she calls it The Sister Quilt. I think that it's a pretty cute way to name a quilt.
