This is a my Mom's Mystery Quilt from quiltaholics.com. The block is called Sisters Choice and is made from black solid fabric and brights tone-on-tone fabrics. I freehand/custom quilted feathers on it with black thread. It was a challenge to quilt because black thread on black fabric is really hard to see. I had to be very careful not to make mistakes because it is even harder to see to rip it back out! It is a really beautiful quilt!
