So, what am I working on now?

This is my current project... a tan and black quilt king-sized quilt for my bed. The pattern is named Party on the Block. You can find it here. I found it at the Houston Quilt Festival last year. I hope to have the quilt finished later this summer.

I have been collecting tan and black fabrics for a year and felt that I was finally ready to start making the quilt. I was surprised (but not too surprised) to find that I had purchased enough to make a king-sized quilt for myself and two twin-sized quilts as gifts AND I have enough to share with my sister to add to her stash of tan and black fabrics. Oh, brother! I do get carried away sometimes in my fabric "collecting".
